About this event
Omaha Hockey vs. Manitoba brings the University of Nebraska Omaha Mavericks men’s hockey team to Baxter Arena in Omaha for an exhibition matchup with the University of Manitoba Bisons. Who's playing
The game features University of Nebraska Omaha Mavericks men’s hockey against University of Manitoba Bisons Hockey. Ticketmaster lists the event as a college hockey matchup, and Omaha Athletics identifies Manitoba as an exhibition opponent hosted at Baxter Arena.
What to expect
Expect a college hockey setting built around the Mavericks’ home-ice environment at Baxter Arena, the Omaha venue that serves as home to UNO hockey. Because this is listed as an exhibition, the focus is on seeing teams sharpen systems, evaluate line combinations, and get game-speed reps rather than conference standings.
Why go
