About this event
Enjoy a decadent five-course, prix fixe menu, paired perfectly with world-renowned wines from Duckhorn Vineyards. From light and refreshing whites, through to dark and rich reds. This tasting menu will take you on a delicious journey through Duckhorn’s vineyard.
What to expect
The menu runs from roasted beets through duck breast, Chilean sea bass and a grilled New York strip, and ends with white chocolate mousse. The pours include Duckhorn Sauvignon Blanc, Goldeneye Pinot Noir, Decoy Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. Coffee and tea come at the close. It is a slow, multi-course evening, with the wine leading the order of the plates.
Why go
Sullivan's sits on the ground floor of Central Park Plaza, steps from the Old Market. Its large windows and lively, swanky room suit a dinner like this. The kitchen's hand-cut steaks and seafood carry Cajun, French and pan-Asian touches, and the wine list has a Wine Spectator award. A set menu with a single winery is an easy way to try several Duckhorn bottlings in one sitting.
